James Geoffrey Ian Norton (* 18. Juli 1985) ist ein englischer Film-, Fernseh- und Theaterschauspieler. Bekannt wurde er durch seine Rollen in den Fernsehserien „Happy Valley“, „Grantchester“, „Krieg und Frieden“ und „McMafia“. Für seine Darstellung des Ex-Sträflings Tommy Lee Royce in „Happy Valley“ wurde er 2015 für den British Academy Television Award als Bester Nebendarsteller nominiert.
