Toby Stephens (* 21. April 1969) ist ein britischer Bühnen-, Film- und Fernsehschauspieler. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch seine Rollen in „Stirb an einem anderen Tag“ (2002), „Jane Eyre“ (2006), „Black Sails“ (2014–2017) und „Percy Jackson und die Olympier“ (seit 2023). Er ist der jüngste Sohn der Schauspiellegenden Dame Maggie Smith und Sir Robert Stephens.
